Analisis Teologis-Pastoral Fenomena Quarter-Life Crisis pada Pemuda Gereja Masa Kini

Quarter-life crisis (QLC) merupakan periode krusial berupa kecemasan eksistensial yang dialami individu usia 20–30 tahun terkait masa depan karier dan relasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi fenomena QLC di lingkungan pemuda gereja melalui lensa teologis-pastoral. Menggunakan metode campuran (mixed-method) dominan kualitatif yang didukung data survei dari 40 responden, penelitian menemukan bahwa indikator perbandingan sosial di media sosial menjadi pemicu utama kecemasan (87%). Secara teologis, krisis ini dimaknai bukan sebagai kegagalan rohani, melainkan "momen padang gurun" yang paralel dengan pengalaman Elia dalam 1 Raja-raja 19. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa intervensi pastoral gereja harus bergeser dari sekadar khotbah motivasi menuju pendampingan eksistensial yang mendalam dan companioning untuk memitigasi isolasi sosial. Temuan ini menyarankan model pelayanan pemuda baru yang mengintegrasikan literasi kesehatan mental dan teologi vokasi.
